New Holland Loaders for TN-A, TDD, TL-A, TS-A, TM, T7000 and TG II Tractors

Overview

Performance With a View

800TL Series front-end loaders rely on tough construction and smart design to enhance the performance of your New Holland tractor. Your  view to the bucket or attachment and to the job site is excellent, with no need to stretch or strain. A selection of over 70 buckets and attachments gives you an edge in on-the-job versatility, too.

The NEW Smooth, Double-U Loader Arm Profile is enhanced with an overlapping knee plate and a rugged torque tube to spread workload stresses.

Extra-strong Loader Boom allows you to handle bigger tasks and longer hours.

Heavy-duty Hydraulic Cylinders convey lifting power to the strong loader arms.

Convenient Central hydraulic Control Valve distributes oil flow evenly to all loader cylinders for maximum lift and breakout. Located behind the torque tube and covered for added protection, you have up to 15 easy connections to control options such as Soft Ride loader suspension, 3rd and 4th function valve requirements and hydraulic implement lock.

The Simple, No-tools Quick Lock System makes it easy to mount or dismount the 800TL loader. Since the pin and safety mechanism stay with the loader, there’s no searching for parts. Quick Lock uses a simple, spring-loaded design to engage the sturdy 1.6-inch locking pin. A yellow indicator on the inside of the loader arm lets you know the loader is locked in position and ready to use.

T6000 and T7000 Series Tractors offer optional two-or three-function mechanical mid-mount valves and convenient four-way joystick control or two-or three-function electro-hydraulic mid-mount valves and electronic joystick on select models. The electronic joystick is positioned on the tractor seat command arm, providing fingertip control for all loader movements and for other equipment that  requires third and fourth hydraulic functions. Oil flow can be programmed for maximum efficience and  control with attachments.

The E-Command Joystick (optional for TS-A, TM and TG II tractors) gives you complete fingertip control for all loader movements. E-Command oil-flow can be programmed for maximum efficiency with attachments and includes a slow setting for added control during precision work. The built-in wrist support gives you complete control with minimum movement and fatigue.

Soft Ride, located inside the torque tube, serves as a progressive shock absorber to dampen shock loads transmitted to the tractor to allow for smoother operation and maneuvering. Choose from three manual positions: closed, open in both positions (shock absorber up and down) or shock absorber down only (so that you get full power in the loader’s downward movement).

New Skid Steer-style Quick-attach Adapter lets you use skid steer attachments on your  810TL, 820TL or 830TL front end loader.

Key Features
Quick-Attach Buckets

New Holland offers buckets for any application. Choose the bucket that’s the best match for your tasks.

Standard Material Bucket
By far the most popular bucket New Holland offers, the standard material bucket can do just about everything. A strong bucket design makes it well-suited for heavy tasks. Standard material buckets are available in these sizes:

  • 63-inch (.71 yd. struck/.85 yd. heaped)
  • 73-inch (.63 yd. struck/.78 yd. heaped or .79 yd. struck/.94 yd. heaped)
  • 83-inch (.72 yd. struck/.89 yd. heaped or .90 yd. struck/1.07 yd. heaped)
  • 95-inch (1.03 yd. struck/1.24 yd. heaped)
  • 102-inch (1.11 yd. struck/1.33 yd. heaped)

High-capacity Material Bucket
An ideal snow and material bucket, the high-capacity material bucket offers generous volumes achieved by a deeper, higher bucket design. These buckets have double profiles in the bottom as well and along the implement hooks to provide extra strength where stresses are greatest. Choose from these bucket sizes:

  • 79-inch (1.27 yd. struck/1.52 yd. heaped)
  • 87-inch (1.39 yd. struck/1.67 yd. heaped)
  • 95-inch (1.86 yd. struck/2.22 yd. heaped)
  • 102-inch (2.01 yd. struck/2.42 yd. heaped

Heavy-duty Material Bucket
This is a construction-grade bucket and the strongest material bucket in the series. In addition to the metal being 20% thicker than the standard material bucket, this bucket also offers a more powerful cutting edge, longer and wider floor reinforcement, extra reinforcement along the implement hooks, and an angled wear rail on the back of the bucket. Quick-attach heavy-duty material buckets are available in these sizes:

  • 73-inch (.78 yd. struck/.94 yd. heaped)
  • 83-inch (.90 yd. struck/1.07 yd. heaped)
  • 95-inch (1.03 yd. struck/1.24 yd. heaped)
  • 102-inch (1.11 yd. struck/1.35 yd. heaped)

High-tipping Bucket
The high tip bucket tips over the front edge, increasing unloading height by 47 inches. There’s no need to wait for the front edge to clear the container edge, making it faster and easier to dump and return to neutral position for faster cycle times. The 91-inch high-tipping bucket offers a capacity of 2.16 yd. struck/2.62 yd. heaped.

Heavy-duty Grading Bucket
A low back plate and long heavy-duty base make this a powerful grading bucket that provides excellent visibility for the operator. An angle-iron reinforcement, heavy-duty cutting edge and bucket reinforcements provide extended life. This bucket measures 85 inches with a capacity of .79 yd. struck/.85 yd. heaped.

Heavy-duty Material Bucket with Teeth
The unique design of the heavy-duty material bucket makes it strong and well suited for heavier tasks and hard-working situations. Adding teeth to this bucket makes it easier for digging applications. Bucket sizes include:

  • 63-inch (.71 yd. struck/.85 yd. heaped)
  • 73-inch (.78 yd. struck/.94 yd. heaped)
  • 83-inch (.90 yd. struck/1.07 yd. heaped)

Heavy-duty “Round Bale King” Buckets and Grapple
This heavy-duty bucket includes teeth bolted to the bottom of the bucket and a powerful grapple designed to distribute the stresses of rough work through the entire bucket construction. An optional mesh screen prevents loss of material—a combination that’s excellent for round bales. Both grapple and teeth can be removed easily for work with other materials. 83-, 95- and 102-inch bucket sizes are available.

Bale Moving Attachments

Select from a broad range of attachments designed to help you move bales quickly from field to storage, and from storage to feeding area.

Round Bale and Large Square Bale Fork
This simple, robust implement can be used effectively for both round and square bales by installing the tines at either 51 or 31 inches to match bale size. The optional rear extension provides added support if needed.

Bale Spike
Perfect for round bales, the bale spike includes one longer tine to ensure safe bale transport and a shorter tine to maintain control of the bale while stacking.

Square Bale Fork
The square bale fork moves bales handily. Tines fold to an upright position for easy transport. An optional extended back makes it easier to lift multiple bales. Available in a two-tine 55-inch model or a five-tine 75-inch model.

Universal Bale Grip
The universal bale grip allows you to stack round or square bales closely and tightly to prevent air and moisture from damaging the bales. Using a tested design with low net weight, the universal bale grip arms distribute pressure evenly while the smooth tube design has no sharp edges to damage plastic bale wrap. Two models handle maximum bale sizes of 51 and 63 inches.

Heavy-duty Bale Grip
This heavy-duty bale grip uses the same proven design as the universal bale grip, but allows you to lift larger bales, and it provides better support for handling bales vertically. Choose from two models designed for bales with a maximum size of 63 and 79 inches.

Heavy-duty Round or Square Plastic-wrapped Bale Grip
As the best implement on the market for handling wrapped square or round bales, this heavy-duty bale grip is designed for fast, quiet operation and long life. It accommodates bale sizes between 23 to 80 inches.

Bale Handling Loader Extension
The bale handling loader extension adds an additional 45 inches of height so you can stack bales even higher.

Combo Bale Pallet Fork
The combo bale pallet fork is a versatile piece of equipment. With the steel tubes in place, the implement can pick up varying sizes of plastic-covered round or square bales (71-inch maximum bale size). With the steel tubes removed, you can use the spikes to move bales that are not wrapped in plastic or as a pallet fork for moving loads up to 2200 pounds. An optional support enables you to lift larger round bales, or more easily stack bales on end.

Bale Split Attachment
The bale split attachment makes it easy to split or transport bales. A guard protects bales from the sharp edge of the blade while transporting. When the bale is in position, simply press the blade down to split the bale. Standard and heavy-duty model available.

Silage Handling Attachments

New Holland offers a selection of buckets, forks and grapples that are ideal for retrieving silage from bunker silos.

Heavy-duty “Silage King” Bucket and Grapple
Although ideal for silage, this powerful implement can be used for many other heavy-duty applications. As the bucket is filled and the powerful arm presses down through the silage, the specially designed teeth create a block with the cut surface, reducing the air circulation and heat generation in the silage. Choose from three bucket sizes: 63, 71 or 79 inches.

Heavy-duty “Silage King” Fork and Grapple
Tines are positioned close together to eliminate silage spillage. The front tines hold and press the silage to keep it in place when traveling over bumpy terrain. Tines are mounted in a hardened box section so the tines will not turn or deform. Seven models range from 51 to 98 inches.

Heavy-duty “Silage King” Block Buckets and Grapple
The side and front cutting edges of the block buckets and grapple are hardened steel to quickly cut a clean block of silage. The design also reduces air and heat for better silage quality. Choose from a 44-inch block cutter with open-sided grapple or a 59- or 75-inch block cutter with enclosed or open-sided grapple.

Manure Management Attachments

Add the manure fork attachment to your New Holland loader to manage the materials handling challenges of livestock farming.

Manure Fork
The New Holland manure fork is designed to withstand the rigors of tough, manure handling chores. The strong box section is made of hardened steel to prevent deformation or twisting. Tines are firmly secured using high torque, and they are installed before the implement is painted for a clean, smooth finish. Choose from four sizes:

  • 59 inches (8 tines)
  • 67 inches (9 tines)
  • 75 inches (10 tines)
  • 90 inches (12 tines)

Pallet Forks

New Holland pallet forks allow you to lift and move bags, sod, lumber, block, brick or any palletized load with ease.

Multi-Use Forks/Specialty Attachments

Use these attachments to make your New Holland tractor even more versatile.

Multi-Use Fork
This fork can be used in many applications including as a stone fork. The rigid design with hardened steel tines and box section ensure the fork will not bend or deform even under heavy loads. Choose a 59- or 79-inch model.

Rock Fork
Replaceable tines are spaced at three-inch intervals to retain stones. Hardened steel construction ensures long life. Choose a 59- or 79-inch model.

Three-point Linkage Implement
A three-point linkage implement can be mounted to the loader, allowing you to move or use a three-point-mounted implement at the front of the tractor.
