The sophisticated V3800DITI
diesel engine utilizes a 4 valve
per cylinder system
and Center Direct Injection System to achieve greater pulling power. Thanks to the
powerful turbo charger on both models, and the additional intercooler
on the M105,
tenacious pulling power is developed from assistance of the WasteGate
System.
Even at low RPM's these engines are capable of sustained lugging power, and will
not experience the common "turbolag"
commonly found in turbo charged engines.
TOOL BOX
Store tools or other important gear in the convenient tool box located directly behind
the seat.
LIVE-INDEPENDENT
HYDRAULIC PTO
A hydraulic PTO clutch allows the implement to engage smoothly with a self modulating
effect and provides the power to work with a variety of rear mounted
implements. Being independent, it can be engaged and disengaged without having
to stop the tractor. The OPC, Operator Presence Control system sounds a 10
second audible alarm if the operator leaves the seat while the PTO is engaged to
inform the operator the PTO has been left engaged.
CATEGORY II 3-POINT
HITCH
The Category II, 3 point
hitch provides simple and easy attachment of
rear mounted
implements. The crank type
right hand lift rod provides
easy level adjustments, and the telescopic lower link ends extend out and
vertically up and down to align the implement pins. So when connecting
heavy implements, use these features to facilitate an easy implement
connection.
OPTIONAL THREE POINT LIFT ASSIST CYLINDER KIT
The Category II, 3 point
hitch lift capacity can be increased with this optional lift
assist cylinder kit for heavy implement applications. The kit consists of two lift
cylinders, the left side is shown here. This kit increases the lift capacity from 4,630
lbs to 7,490 lbs, 24 inches behind the lift points.
SINGLE PIECE, FULL OPEN SLANTED HOOD
The hood’s slanted nose design increases overall visibility out in front. Its single
piece design also aids in easier engine maintenance due to its wide open
capability.
It opens easily by the dual gas shock assist cylinders that enables the hood to lift
mostly by itself.
TRAILER COUPLER
The 7 Pin
electric trailer coupler is standard, and connects to any standard type 7 Pin
trailer lighting coupler. It provides a ground, tail lights with side marker and
parking light along with turn signals, brake lights and number plate within the 7
electric pins with the center pin left open. Most large pull type implements like hay
swathers, balers and rakes are now equipped with tail lights, turn signals and
flashers that require this type of coupler, therefore it is a standard feature on the new
M Series
HEAVY-DUTY
DRAWBAR
Taken from a higher class
tractor, the rugged, beefy drawbar can perform the
toughest jobs, such as pulling heavy trailers. The larger 1.25 inch drawbar pin easily
fits. As shown here, the optional clevis hitch or commonly known as a hammer strap
is also available if required.
FOLDABLE ROPS
A foldable Roll-Over
Protective Structure with retractable seatbelt is standard. It may
be temporarily folded down without tools, so that the tractor may pass under areas
with height constraints. (There is no operator protection provided by the ROPS in the
folded position. For operator safety, the ROPS should be placed in the upright and
locked position and the seat belt fastened for all other operations.)
HEAVY-DUTY
FRONT AXLE
To ensure the most reliable performance, especially when using the front loader,
either on the 2WD or 4WD models the M95S and M105S are equipped with the
same rugged front axle.
The two drive front axle is tubular steel with telescoping spindles for different tread
settings. The bevel pinion front axle on the four wheel
drive provides a high standard
of performance, no universal joints to maintain, and power is provided equally at all
steering angles. A front differential lock is also provided to maximize tractive pulling
power.
CREEP SPEED (OPTIONAL)
Cassette type creep speed kits bring a major value to the M series
When an
application requires speeds less than one mile per hour, most competitors' tractors
are difficult to obtain this feature unless it was ordered from the factory. However,
Kubota has designed a preassembled
gear box that is easily installed onto the right
hand side of the transmission. It can be installed when the tractor is bought new, or
anytime thereafter. Consequently, this type of feature also plays an important roll in
resale value in the fact that other applications are easily adapted to a Kubota during
a change of ownership.
FENDERS
Our large round fenders add a more streamlined appearance as well as increased
protection from mud, dirt, dust, and other flying debris.
HYDRAULIC PUMPS
For increased productivity, a 17 gpm (gallon per minute) open center system
provides high performance hydraulic output. The gear pumps are now mounted atop the transmission, therefore providing a much shorter oil path from the reservoir
to the pumps to achieve a highly responsive hydraulic response time. There are two
pumps, one dedicated to power steering, and the other main pump for loader and
remote operation.
WRAP AROUND GRILL
By allowing a high volume of air to flow in, the engine stays cooler. At the same time,
a drop in the airflow velocity lowers the aggression of the air entering the cooling
system that will lessen the chance of debris entering the cooling system area
therefore less grass and debris gets pulled in past the grill. This feature provides
extended operating hours during operations like mowing and baling hay where the
hay chaff is flying around.
SWING SHIFT AND SWING SHIFT PLUS TRANSMISSIONS
The "Swing Shift" transmission doubles the speeds in the main shift lever
from four to eight. Within the four speed main shift there is an electric
over hydraulic high/low, with a synchronized range shift. For example
when in fourth gear, low side, just clutch and shift to neutral and swing
the lever to the left till a "beep" is heard, and then go right into first gear,
which now becomes fifth gear. You can then continue to sixth, seventh
and eight. Clutching is required when shifting the main shift; it is fully
synchronized. The auxiliary range shift to the left side of the seat,
essentially doubles the speeds again, a total of sixteen.
SWING SHIFT PLUS WITH DUAL SPEED.
The Swing Shift Plus models now have an "on the go" two speed power
shift, therefore doubling the original sixteen speeds to thirty two. The Dual
Speed is an electric over hydraulic power shift. Use it by setting your
work speed on the high side of the Dual Speed, then when the load
suddenly gets heavier, simply push the Dual Speed button, it downshifts
with a 17% reduction in travel speed, at the same time dramatically
increasing pulling power. When the load is gone, press the Dual Speed
again, and it shifts right back to you preset travel speed. Its a great added
feature for most any type work by providing two speeds at the touch of a
"green" button. (On M95SDSF/SDS models)
HYDRAULIC REMOTE VALVES
The first SCD, (Self Canceling Remote) type valve is standard, and two optional
valves either SCD or FD (Float Type) can be installed. A flow control valve is
optional for special applications like hydraulic motor operation. Two flow control
options to fit your application, whether you're working with a three point implement
and need simultaneous operation of the hitch and flow control, or whether you need
two remote valves with flow controlled between them. Remote couplers on the M series
are compatible to standard Pioneer fittings. Note: The photo here shows the
second optional valve lever.
OPERATOR'S PLATFORM
Like our cab model, the ROPS model boasts a wide, uncluttered and roomy
Operator's platform that offers more legroom, therefore increasing operator comfort.
The large grab rails are easy to reach when climbing aboard.
PTO LEVER
Within easy reach is the Hydraulic Independent PTO Lever, signified by the yellow
control knob. It has been positioned for right side, right hand operation so the
operator can watch the implements, since general implement operation is at the right
side of the tractor. You're not trying to operate a PTO lever with the left hand while
trying to watch over your right shoulder to see your implement. Kubota considers the
ergonomics of operation to make is easy to operate.
TILT STEERING WHEEL
Moving the steering wheel is easy with the foot operated pedal to find the best position
for each operator. And, thanks to advanced hydrostatic power steering, navigating is
easy and operator fatigue is greatly reduced.
DELUXE SEAT
A deluxe Grammer seat provides extended comfort during long hours, it is fully
adjustable including tilt back, adjustable armrests and an easy to change height
setting. Simply pull up on the seat chassis till a click is heard; each click changes the
height position. Once the seat reaches the top, it then goes to the bottom and starts
over. Setting the height position first, then the weight will provide the most
comfortable settings. And a retractable seat belt is also standard equipment.
CUP HOLDER
A convenient, oversize cup holder provides that holding spot for your refreshment of
choice. It's conveniently located on the right side console.
