| Overview |

Dependable accurate application
The heavy-duty construction of SF field sprayers assures dependable performance and accurate spraying, even across bumpy, varied field conditions. Choose the 1000-gallon SF210 sprayer or the 1600-gallon SF216 sprayer. The SF210 is available with a suspended boom, and the SF216 is available with a suspended or wheeled boom. |
| |
|
Heavy 4 x 10-in. frame construction ensures exceptional load stability and durability over the long haul. Powder coated paint protects against corrosion and preserves a like-new finish.
Safety lighting is standard for a clear view when working in low-light conditions.
An optional Richway™ foam marker system aids in spraying accuracy. |
| |
|
 |
Optional windscreens reduce drift by 86% compared to open-boom sprayers. A perforated design offers excellent protection from the wind, yet allows enough air flow to reduce turbulence within crop canopy to improve product coverage. End caps are standard with windscreens on suspended-boom sprayers. Touch-down wheels for boom ends or mid boom are optional. Windscreens are available on the 80-, 90-, and 100-foot width suspended boom models. |
| |
|
 |
Narrow transport width provides for safe road travel and convenient storage. Both suspended-boom and wheeled-boom models fold from field to transport position from the tractor cab. |

Wheeled Boom Features
SF216 only: 80-, 84-, 90-, 94-, 100-, 104-, 110-, 114-, 120-, 124-, 130- and 134-ft. boom widths.
Features:
- Rugged 5 x 5-inch construction with large-diameter boom wheels and heavy-duty hubs and spindles.
- Large-bore, automotive-style shock absorbers on the boom wheels provide a smooth ride.
- Stainless steel, PVC or dry booms available.
Suspended Boom Features
SF210: 80-, 90-, 100-ft. boom widths
SF216: 80-, 90-, 100-, 120-, 126- and 134-ft. boom widths.
Features:
- High-clearance suspension with parallel link design improves boom stability and spray accuracy, even when working across uneven fields. The hydraulic boom suspension utilizes accumulators to maintain cylinder position while absorbing the vertical shock encountered by the boom during field operation.
- Boom requires little or no adjustment or maintenance.
- Center boom section provides 18 to 70 inches of ground clearance.
- Each outer boom section moves 15 degrees upward and five degrees downward.
- Stainless steel or polypropylene spray boom available.
- Spray nozzles are positioned to provide protection against foreign objects.
- A convenient in-cab joystick provides control of boom lift, tilt, transport fold and optional foam marker.
- Boom auto height control options include the Norac™ UC4 Plus Ultrasonic sprayer height controller and the Raven™ Autoboom G1 system (touch down wheel) or G2 system (ultrasonic).

| Plumbing/Controls |
| |
|
 |
The efficient tank design and user-friendly plumbing control of New Holland SF sprayers leads to high spraying performance in the field and eliminates hassles. |
| |
|
 |
The optional ground-level, 12-gallon induction tank allows for convenient, safe mixing and adding of all types of chemicals, including dry formulations, liquid formulations and water soluble paks. The low-profile design makes it easy to reach, and a ball valve at the bottom of the tank allows for easy clean out and drainage. A screw lid with “C-seal” prevents dust buildup.
Flange-style sprayer coupler fittings are used for manifold and plumbing to allow for easy servicing. Chemical-resistant polypropylene material is used for plumbing throughout the sprayer.
A user-friendly central manifold design simplifies plumbing control and operation for increased productivity and reliability. |
| |
|
 |
The standard equipped large sight gauge allows you to see tank levels at a glance. This gauge is plumbed to the bottom of the tank sump to provide improved tank level accuracy. |
| |
|
Four standard sprayer tank agitation nozzles provide all the agitation necessary for today’s chemicals. Tips are interchangeable to allow for various boom widths and product agitation requirements.
Nozzle and nozzle body available as factory fit options (Note: Sprayer may be ordered with or without nozzles/bodies.):
TeeJet Nozzle Bodies:
- Single Quick TeeJet, Double Swivel-Jet, & Triple Quick TeeJet
TeeJet Nozzles: (Type Series Degree Type)

Up to six ball valves may be added to the existing system to provide on/off control of boom segments. SF sprayers come standard with three ball valves.
Optional 1-inch, 100-mesh, in-line strainers are available for ball valves. They are mounted on the outlet of each ball valve on the back of the boom assembly for more protection against boom nozzle plugging.
Various pump options can be ordered to accommodate tractor hydraulics and various spray applications. Four hydraulic pumps are offered from Hypro™ and Ace™, including the Hypro HM1C-9306, Hypro HM1C-9606, Hypro HM3C and Ace FMC 206. All Hypro pumps feature an enhanced silicone carbide seal which will help when dry runs occur. |
| |
|
 |
Optional 3-inch bulk bottom fill valve option is available for customers that utilize 3-inch pumps for faster tank filling. |

| Monitors |
| |
|
 |
A choice of FlexControl® or SP655 electronic autorate control allows you to make simple application rate changes on-the-go and provides readouts of speed, rate, area covered and volume of spray applied. |
| |
|
 |
The Flex-Control monitoring system keeps you in touch with the sprayer and allows for future expansion. The monitor features a four-line alpha-numeric display and a screen that shows everything you need. The switch box unit features six-switch boom control and two-position prime switch. You can apply spray, without forward motion, at a predetermined pressure by placing the monitor in manual mode or by using prime switch.

| Wheel Spacing |
| |
|
 |
Adjustable wheel spacing accommodates the narrow tire tracking widths that are useful for row crop applications and allows you to match sprayer to tractor wheel spacing. |
| |
|
Axles are infinitely adjustable between 60 and 120 inches center to center on the SF210, and 72 to 120 inches center to center on the SF216. A 90- to 144-inch axle is also available.
Optional 15,000-, 24,000- and 40,000-pound axles are also available.
Axle clearance is 33 to 36 inches depending on the tire option chosen. Several tire options are available, including dual and single cart tires.
Optional wheel fenders (suspended boom sprayers only) prevent the buildup of mud and dirt on sprayer booms and windscreens and improve the spray pattern directly behind the wheels. |

SF sprayer tanks and plumbing slope six degrees from back to front to allow for quick, easy tank cleanout. Winterizing and switching chemicals is a breeze. |
| |
|
An oscillating clean water rinse nozzle is mounted on the top of the inside of the main tank to assist with tank clean out.
A convenient tank access ladder pivots into storage for crop clearance.
A separate 120-gallon clean water rinse tank is standard equipment and located at the front of main tank close to plumbing manifold.
A 3.2-gallon emergency hand and eye wash station is standard on all SF sprayer models.
Optional sprayer rinse wand allows for convenient general cleaning and rinsing of sprayer. |
